It has been announced that this fantastic new song from Susan is a Runner-Up at the 2007 DIY Music Festival.
This is the second year in a row that Susan has been recognized as such and the third consective year that her music has been noticed by DIY!

I know this show isn't until next month but I got the flyer this morning from Susan Brown who is putting this show together. I am very happy that Irene Garcia will be joining me (so far just the two of us!) and our set is at 9PM.
Susan (Brown) picked the artists performing from the infamous MySpace website.
I feel honored to be taking part in this show particularly as it is a benefit "Save the Bunnies." There are many bunnies in Long Beach that need medical care and spaying/neutering. Who doesn't love a bunny?
Anyway...that's all I've got today. I know this is a long way off...but for those few of you willing to brave Long Beach on a Friday night; I think it'll be fun.’

It’s been over a year since Wonderland first aired on
The ‘A’ List radio show at
We’re here to report that the song is still going strong, as it checked in at #4 on the charts last week, continuing it’s amazing run.
Now, Wonderland will again be aired on the top 40 show.

L.A. songwriter, storyteller and bon vivant Susan Barth will be at Molly Malones on November 5th. Barth's song "Feel Like a Man" recently featured on the TV show Elimidate, and Chromium Records in the UK will be releasing a single, "So Tired of You," off of Barth's CD Wonderland. Her cover of the Turtles song, "Outside Chance," (penned by Warren Zevon) has been chosen by original band members Flo & Eddie to be included in a Turtles tribute album titled Shells, for sale soon at www.skippingdiscs.com. Early weather forecasts indicate that this coming Sunday (September 18th) will be a lovely day for a drive. What a perfect time to see Susan perform live at the closing ceremonies of the 11th Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival!

Finally! We've heard back from both original Turtles, Mark Volman and Howard Kaylan, and everyone else who was reviewing the demos, and we've made our final picks. We are happy to inform you that your cover of "Outside Chance" has been selected for inclusion on our "Shells: Women Artists and Female-Fronted Bands Cover the Turtles" compilation.
As always, all submissions were evaluated primarily on their artistic merit, the key factors being the quality of the vocal performance and the originality of the arrangement. A secondary factor in determining the final track selection was our attempt to present an even mix of Turtles hits and lesser-known songs.
With that being said, here are the songs and artists we've selected for the final compilation, in no particular order:
